With the growing interest in alternative health and holistic healing, it's important to have a coach that can help you weed through fad and fact and make educated decisions as you try to make improvements on your lifestyle and overall well-being.  We are not medical doctors, dietitians or nutritionists.  We are health coaches that are passionate about educating every client on food choices, bio-terrain balancing, and improving overall energy.  We help you to connect the dots physically, emotionally and spiritually for optimal success!

Using RBTI (Reams Biological Theory of Ionization), we are able to help you bring your body into healthy balance.  Incorporating information about your pH and other indicators, we derive a plan to achieve maximal health naturally.  Our main purpose is to educate our clients on current health trends, how your personal numbers make you unique and why there's not ONE correct plan that works for everyone.  You'll learn about mineral interaction and absorption, digestion and the cause and effect of lifestyle changes.  We agree with Dr. Carey Reams, "Why guess when you can be sure!".  RBTI takes away all of the guesswork when redesigning your everyday diet.

How much protein?  Should you eat low carb, low fat, no carb, no fat?  These are questions that almost every client asks when trying to figure out how to lose excess fat.  For those without medically-diagnosed nutritional limitations or restrictions, we give you a proven blueprint for eating healthily and nutritiously, supporting muscle growth and encouraging fat loss.  There is no "set" number for any of these things.  Your body is unique and we incorporate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and your current body "terrain" to determine the amounts and types of food you would most benefit from eating.
